Spin Society Cycling Studio Inc. (“Spin Society”) recognizes that its visitors, users, customers, and others (known collectively or individually as “Users”) who use www.spinsociety.ca (the “Website”) value their privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to all of the products and services offered by the Website, and details important information regarding what information we collect, what we do with that information, and how we may use your Personal Information.

Your use of the Website and any Personal Information you provide on the Website remains subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the Spin Society Terms of Service. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to measure advertising effectiveness and to provide advertisements about goods and services that may be of interest to you. You agree that Spin Society may use such advertising.

The Website does not require that you register in order to view information about our services. However, registration is required when purchasing the service. The Website collects Personal Information when you register with the Website, when you visit the Website, or any time you provide information to the Website about yourself. The Website may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from business partners or other companies.

In order to purchase services on this Website, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on the registration form. During registration you are required to give contact information (such as name and email address) as well as billing information. We use this information for billing purposes and to contact you about the services on our site in which you have expressed interest. During registration, you can choose to opt into our newsletter regarding new products and upcoming sales on our Website. The Website does not knowingly or intentionally collect Personal Information online from children under the age of 18 nor should children under 18 access or use the Site or Services. If you are under 18, but at least 16 years of age, you may register and use the Spin Society website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Spin Society does not accept the online registration of minors; please do not attempt to register on our website if you are under the age of 18. Registration of minors must be completed in person at our studio with a parent or guardian. Minors over the age of 16 who have submitted a participant/registration waiver signed by a parent or guardian may sign up for classes online. If we discover that personal information has been submitted by a minor without a signed participant/registration waiver, we will delete such information promptly. Spin Society does not seek or share personal information from minors through this website.

The Website does not rent, trade, or share Personal Information with third parties except when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances: We have your explicit consent to share the information; We wish to contact you with information about products and services from our business partners, which we may do unless you “opt-out” of such communications by contacting us via email at sctyhq@spinsociety.ca, or by clicking the “opt-out” link found within Spin Society email updates; We provide Non-Personal Information to interested third-parties for purposes of understanding the usage patterns for certain content, services, advertisements, promotions, and/or functionality on the Website.

We use both your Personal Information and certain Non-Personal Information to improve the quality and design of the Website and to create new features, promotions, functionality, and services by storing, tracking, and analyzing User preferences and trends.

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, or legal process of service.
